The bullpen is dead to me

If you are wondering if there are any alternatives at Fresno, you'll be happy to know that the club's top bullpen option, Brian Wilson, blew a save by giving up two ninth inning runs (2 runs, 2 hits, 2 walks, 2/3 of an inning) in a loss to Tacoma. Of note, Tim Lincicum pitched 6.2 shutout innings, striking out 11. (Lincicum's season totals: 18.2 innings, 0 runs, 9 hits, 5 walks, 28 strikeouts, 1 Pacific Coast League Pitcher of the Week award.)

Matt Cain dominated again through 7 innings of 2 hit ball on Tuesday, bloody Tuesday. Rockies' announcers, Drew Goodman and George Frazier, gushed about Cain all night while constantly mentioning his pitch count. The duo first referred to the Giants' bullpen as the team's Achilis heel in the first inning. When Cain was finally lifted after 7 innings, Goodman and Frazier basically made out with one another in a fit of joy. Shortly thereafter, the bullpen collapsed like a lawn chair.

I think I speak for most Giants fans when I say, "Damn."

I still taste the puke in my mouth from my stomach turning. Our bats were good, pitching great, game in hand. Fuck!! I personally feel the need to apologize to Cain for the fact he has lost another win due to his teammates.

I'll be at their next two games so I'll giv'em all my DMo powers. Notch two in the W column bitches!!

Was taking Sanchez out necessary? Sure it was a bad walk, but why take the only guy that has proven to be of any use out for a guy that has proven to be useless?

That was a "grade-A stomach punch game." I'm still in a state of shock. I had an offer to go to the game last night with C-Lo but I had to watch Jackson... I'm really, really glad I didn't go now. There's a strong chance I would be in jail in Denver.

Bring us home a win tonight DMo!

Tonight's game will be key. They need a win to get rid of the sick to thier stomachs feeling. Matt Morris is going to have to be a stopper again.

They had some chances to add more runs and didn't too.
